[Key Lecture Content]
The main reason for the stagnation of new business development is considered to be its high uncertainty. Therefore, it becomes crucial to create opportunities to bring ideas to market and test them. However, even if one accumulates "certainty" based solely on logic and numbers, it is extremely difficult to completely dispel the concerns of decision-makers and obtain their approval. In this lecture, I will discuss the importance of an approach that balances logical "certainty" with "conviction" born from deep empathy for customers as a key to breaking through this "decision-making barrier." I will explain a methodology for enhancing the resolution of business concepts by alternating between macro market analysis and micro observations of individual customers (n=1). Furthermore, I will introduce a unique framework, "Value Design Syntax (R)," as a guide to prevent teams from getting "lost" in this complex thinking process. Participants will learn practical methodologies to advance high-uncertainty new businesses quickly and reliably.
