The Management Game (MG) is a practical educational training program developed by Sony in 1976. It has a track record of approximately 5,000 companies and 1 million participants, primarily among large corporations. Through corporate management simulation (experiential learning), it enhances numerical ability and strategic thinking. Each participant takes on the role of a business owner, managing the company from its founding to its operation.
