Sulfuric acid is widely produced in Japan and is used in various applications across different industries. However, since it falls under specific chemical substances, special precautions are required during sampling. → A simple and safe sampling system is necessary. Additionally, sulfuric acid can have harmful effects on the human body not only in liquid form but also as gas (vapor), and inhaling the vapor may cause airway inflammation or bronchitis. → A sampling system equipped with appropriate exhaust and ventilation mechanisms is necessary. Furthermore, sulfuric acid is corrosive, and depending on its concentration and temperature, it can corrode even stainless steel (SUS), leading to the possibility of sulfuric acid leaking from the corroded areas. → Each component must be made from materials resistant to sulfuric acid.
