[Key Lecture Content]
Under the second term of Chairman von der Leyen, the EU has begun to significantly shift its regulatory course with the banner of "strengthening competitiveness."
A symbol of this is the amendment that includes the postponement of various regulations, such as the European Battery Regulation through the omnibus bill. However, this is by no means a "relaxation" of regulations. Rather, companies are required to use the postponement as a preparation period for a higher quality response.
In this lecture, we will interpret the major trends in European regulations and propose strategies to transform regulatory compliance from a "defensive cost" into "offensive competitiveness."
