The "VHybrid 260" is a machining machine that features a grinding spindle on the top and a discharge machining spindle on the bottom, enabling efficient tool processing with quick switching in a short time. It can achieve a very smooth surface finish of Ra0.05μm solely through discharge machining, and it is also capable of fine processing of small-diameter tools with a diameter of less than 1mm. The productivity can be significantly enhanced with a tool changer that can hold up to 8 tools. Users currently manufacturing or regrinding PCD tools "by grinding" can expect a significant reduction in processing time.
