Our company can manufacture deep holes of over 100mm in length with an inner diameter of φ0.02mm using high-precision extrusion molding. The dimensional tolerance for the inner diameter is ±5%, and due to the nature of extrusion molding, the variation within the same lot is small. We can also create through holes with combinations of different shapes and hole diameters, allowing for structures with varying wall thicknesses from thin to thick. Additionally, we can manufacture with a free wall thickness, and for "thin-walled pipe shapes," which are prone to deformation and uneven wall thickness, we can produce with a wall thickness of 0.1mm and a length of 100mm (when the outer diameter is Φ1.3mm).
