[Key Lecture Content]
At the world's largest tech exhibition "CES2026," held in January 2026, there was a succession of displays featuring "Physical AI," which merges AI and robotics. In particular, over 40 types of humanoid robots were showcased, hinting at the arrival of a genuine Physical AI era. However, as I walked around the venue, I could also see the technical limitations and hurdles to on-site implementation lurking behind the glamorous demonstrations.
I will share insights gained from my on-site visit regarding the latest trends in the rapidly expanding Physical AI and the "walls" of social implementation.
