Pilot Corporation's ceramics can provide high dimensional accuracy for fine pores and deep holes of less than 1mm, which are difficult to manufacture through machining. Thanks to the expertise in mixing, extrusion molding, and firing developed in the production of mechanical pencil leads, we can achieve dense and homogeneous molding, resulting in minimal dimensional variation within the same lot. Additionally, we can produce single holes, multiple holes, and irregularly shaped holes. By utilizing high-precision fine holes, we enable precise microflow control. Our ceramics, which have excellent corrosion resistance, can also be used with corrosive liquids and gases. "Aluminum Nitride" possesses an extremely high thermal conductivity among ceramics and is an excellent material for electrical insulation and thermal radiation. The available sizes can be manufactured in an outer diameter of φ0.5 to φ6.0, an inner diameter of φ0.02 to φ4.0, and a length of 100mm.
