Development of innovative materials research born from the fusion research base of biology and chemistry.
The 32nd event will focus on the theme "Nobel Prize Commemoration Part 2! Development of Innovative Material Research Born from the Fusion Research Base of Biology and Chemistry," featuring research achievements from Professor Susumu Kitagawa, a Nobel Prize laureate, at the Kyoto University Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS).
iCeMS is an internationally recognized research center selected as a World Premier International Research Center (WPI), where cutting-edge research is conducted through the fusion of chemistry and cell biology. As a result of these efforts, technologies with potential industrial applications are being developed.
We invite those interested in the latest university technologies and industry-academia collaboration, as well as companies looking to enhance their technological capabilities or launch new businesses, to participate.
After the seminar, we will also be open to consultations for individual meetings regarding any technologies of interest.
