Pilot Ceramics offers high dimensional accuracy for fine holes and deep holes under 1mm, which are difficult to manufacture using drilling or laser processing. Thanks to our unique extrusion molding technology, we can produce holes with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm and a length of 100mm. Both outer and inner diameters have a dimensional accuracy of ±5%, and variations within the same lot are minimized. Additionally, we can manufacture multiple holes and irregularly shaped holes. The available sizes can be manufactured in an outer diameter of φ0.5 to φ6.0, an inner diameter of φ0.02 to φ4.0, and a length of 100mm.
