Pilot Ceramics offers high dimensional accuracy for fine holes and deep holes under 1mm, which are difficult to manufacture using drilling or laser processing. Thanks to our unique extrusion molding technology, we can produce holes with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm and a length of 100mm. Both outer and inner diameters have a dimensional accuracy of ±5%, and variations within the same lot are minimized. Additionally, we can manufacture multiple holes and irregularly shaped holes. Our "Aluminum Nitride" utilizes the extrusion molding technology of mechanical pencil leads and can be produced in aspect ratios of 200 or more. "Aluminum Nitride" possesses an extremely high thermal conductivity among ceramics and is an excellent material for electrical insulation and thermal radiation. The available sizes can be manufactured in an outer diameter of φ0.5 to φ6.0, an inner diameter of φ0.02 to φ4.0, and a length of 100mm. You can choose from four types with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mm (in 0.5 mm increments). These are ideal for processes where "the use of metals is not suitable," such as those requiring wear resistance and insulation.
