To ensure stable machining quality and technical support in the field of internal grinding, IRINO Machinery Co., Ltd. will transition to a new system based on direct manufacturer support beginning in the new fiscal year.
Under this system, product specifications, pricing policy, and after-sales support will be managed in an integrated manner under the responsibility of the manufacturer.
For our existing trading companies, we will continue working together as “Sales Support Companies,” responsible for contract handling, commercial flow coordination, and installation support.
【Support Structure】
1. Direct Manufacturer Support
2. Through Sales Support Companies
3. Referrals from Sales Support Companies
Please note that even when a Sales Support Company is involved, the final amount paid by the customer will remain the same as in direct manufacturer transactions.
Repair and consumable support may be handled through Sales Support Companies; however, matters related to machine accuracy and performance will be reviewed and handled directly by IRINO Machinery.
