The binding of the Fc region of human IgG antibodies to the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) affects the biological and pharmacological properties of antibodies, such as extending the half-life. By altering this binding, it is possible to extend or shorten the serum half-life of Fc-containing therapeutics, which can impact the efficacy of the drug. It includes recommendations on the selection of biosensors, assay optimization, data collection, curve fitting, and methods for result analysis. In connectors that connect various hardware such as automobiles, industrial equipment, and communication devices, low-cost Sn-plated products are widely used. However, there are also cases where attention is needed regarding the reliability specific to Sn-plated contacts. As a result, the concept of Transaction Level Modeling (TLM) has been widely adopted, and it has become essential in verification methodologies such as UVM.
