This document introduces the gaze analysis system "Eye Tracking," which visualizes "where and when a person is looking." By quantifying and recording the gaze and hand movements of skilled individuals, it allows for the sharing of skills that were previously reliant on intuition as data. It contributes to reducing human error, shortening training periods, and improving the quality of skill transfer.
