[Case Study] Major Premium Alcohol Manufacturer: Reduced Transport Issues and Chain Wear in Heavy-Duty Bottling Line
We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the "LINEA Plastic Modular Chain" at a traditional major distilled beverage manufacturer.
[Challenge]
In the bottling and packaging line where heavy glass bottles flow in large quantities, the wear of the chain due to heavy loads and the prevention of bottle tipping incidents were significant challenges.
[LINEA's Proposal and Results]
We proposed a modular chain that combines high tensile strength and wear resistance capable of withstanding heavy load environments. This helped prevent the risk of container tipping and achieved a reduction in maintenance frequency around the conveyor, as well as an extended lifespan.
