Introducing Aivia recommended HPC for analysis applications using artificial intelligence (AI) technology!

Aivia is an advanced image analysis software that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It allows for easy and efficient analysis of large volumes of data from 2D to 5D images obtained mainly through microscopy, even without knowledge of image processing, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of research. Since its release, it has been used for various analyses in many research institutions. We would like to introduce the hardware component, HPC, that enables Aivia to operate smoothly!

● What is a hydrogen leak detector? It can measure leaks in small areas that could not be detected in air leak tests and can also identify the leak locations. It is a detector that uses a mixture of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen (non-flammable gas: ISO10156:2017) as the tracer gas. ● What is a helium leak test system? It is a leak test system suitable for high-precision or high-pressure leak inspections. The helium leak test system uses helium gas as the detection gas (tracer gas) and detects the helium that has leaked out. It is the leak test method among Fukuda's leak testers that can detect the smallest leaks.

● What is a flow meter? Flow meters measure flow rates using mass flow meters or laminar flow meters and perform pass/fail judgments based on flow rate criteria. They are ideal for measuring airflow and conducting performance tests. "FMZ-1063 series" This is a flow tester equipped with a mass flow meter. It offers high precision of ± 3.5 % of R.D. ± 1 digit (in the normal flow range). It features a time-saving function (scan measurement). The FMZ-1063 is a compact, all-in-one flow tester with various functions. "FU series" This is a flow measurement unit that integrates laminar and differential pressure sensors, making it smaller and lighter. When connected to a display indicator (model: MI-170), it can provide direct flow readings as well as pressure and flow judgments. "FLF-110 series" This is a laminar flow meter capable of measuring a wide range of flow rates from 2 NmL/min to 500 NL/min.
