Quantum Solutions has signed a procurement contract for the latest generation of high-density GPU computing infrastructure as the first step towards the full-scale development of its AIDC business.
Tokyo, September 7, 2026 - (JCN Newswire) - Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Umeika Osawa; Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 2338; hereinafter referred to as "Quantum Solutions" or "the Company") has signed a sales contract to acquire the latest generation, high-density GPU servers and related equipment as the first step towards the full-scale development of its AI Infrastructure/AI Data Center (AIDC) business. The total contract amount is USD 60,985,056 (approximately 9,512 million yen, calculated at an exchange rate of 1 USD = 155.97 yen), and the equipment is scheduled to be installed in a data center in Osaka Prefecture.
This procurement marks an important milestone as the Company's AIDC business transitions from the conceptual and preparatory phase to the actual infrastructure construction phase. The Company aims to use Osaka as the first implementation base to address the needs of customers with significant AI computing demands, including overseas cloud service providers, and plans to pursue additional procurement of GPU computing infrastructure and expansion of data center locations in the future.
