Released "TACO," a centralized management system for order information from FAX and email - supporting everything from AI-based reading of order forms to team response management and integration with existing systems.

Suzuki Shoten Co., Ltd. has released a service called "TACO" to support order management for manufacturing and wholesale businesses.
It consolidates orders and inquiries that are scattered across FAX, email, and phone memos into a single reception screen. While clients can continue to contact you in the usual way, you can organize internal information management.
AI classifies incoming content and automatically reads necessary information from order forms and FAXes. Since you can check and correct the original document and the reading results on the same screen, the burden of transcribing order details from scratch is reduced. You can also proceed with processing while referring to the reliability of the reading results.
You can share the person in charge, response status, and communication history for each case within your team, helping to prevent missed responses, duplicate handling, and support handovers when the person in charge is absent.
The confirmed data can be utilized for CSV output or integration with existing sales management and core systems. It connects the process from receiving information to confirmation and handover to the next task, leveraging the current system. Customization to fit your business needs is also available.
Transform scattered orders into a single flow. If you are struggling with transcription, confirmation, or sharing in order management, please feel free to consult with us.
