The EU Machinery Regulation (EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230) is a comprehensive legal framework aimed at ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of machinery placed on the EU market. Established in June 2023, it will fully apply from January 20, 2027, as a new regulation replacing the previous EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).
