Henkel Japan introduces solutions for sustainable packaging design at TOKYO PACK 2026.
Henkel Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of the German chemical and consumer goods manufacturer Henkel (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo; President: Seiji Asaoka), will exhibit at "TOKYO PACK 2026 - Tokyo International Packaging Exhibition 2026," which will be held from October 14 (Wednesday) to 16 (Friday), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center). The packaging division will propose various solutions for sustainable packaging, keeping in mind the strengthening of packaging regulations and the response to recycling design progressing in Europe.
At the Henkel booth, we will introduce coatings, adhesives, and sealants that contribute to improving recyclability and reducing plastic usage. Additionally, we will present various solutions aimed at achieving circular packaging, including non-solvent laminating adhesives that contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions. Furthermore, we will also introduce Packaging Recyclab Shanghai, which recently passed an official audit by the cyclos-HTP Institute (CHI) and obtained certification in August of this year.
