FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Will the floor settlement recur after the injection work?
A. There is a possibility of re-settlement due to changes in ground conditions. The RCI method forms high-strength cylindrical supports within the ground, allowing the structure to support the floor even if the ground settles.
Q2. Does the injected resin penetrate the ground (soil)?
A. It does not penetrate the ground because it reacts directly with water and begins to foam immediately.
Q3. Can a sunken floor be lifted?
A. The RCI method is not designed for lifting floors through resin injection. Some areas of settlement can be corrected using the RCI jack method. The applicability will be determined based on the site conditions.
Q4. Can the injection status and quality after construction be verified?
A. Inspections are conducted within six months to one year after construction, and if any insufficient filling is confirmed, additional injection will be performed. We also provide post-construction inspections and aftercare.
