We are conducting various non-destructive internal observations using X-ray microscopic inspection equipment.

At Aikosha, we started offering X-ray inspection contract services in May 2013. With the X-ray inspection equipment (TUX-3200N) manufactured by Mars Tohken X-ray Inspection Co., we can perform high-magnification imaging and step-feed function imaging on a large stage with a diameter of 400mm. We can accommodate both sample mailing and in-person sample drop-off and observation.
