Except in cases where secondary processing is required based on customer needs, most finished products do not require secondary processing such as cutting or polishing, leading to reductions in costs and labor hours. ■High-strength powder metallurgy products: We can supply products with a density of 7.2g/cm3, hardness of HRB 60 or higher, and precision tolerances of ±0.01. ■Thanks to our unique sintering technology, we enhance the average density and hardness of large powder metallurgy products with dimensions of 40mm-50mm or more, compensating for the disadvantages of lower strength and toughness. ■Application example: Brake pads for vehicles. The sintered pads we produce use alloys to achieve stable braking performance even at high temperatures. By using non-asbestos materials, they have a lower environmental impact and maintain a high wear resistance coefficient of over 0.7 even at temperatures of 400 degrees. They are ideal for safely stopping cars from high-speed driving and for modifying sports cars. Since products are produced in the factory and supplied directly, we achieve shortened delivery times.
