The WMS weighing module of Metra Toledo has a slim design that makes it easy to integrate into system machinery and equipment. It enables high-speed and highly accurate dispensing systems, with a update rate of 92 checks per second.

• Weight related measuring instruments

The ultra-compact, high-speed, and high-precision line-integrated WMC weighing module operates quickly and stably even in environments with many disturbances. It is ideal for high-speed automatic filling and weighing.

Vials, ampoules, and syringes are suitable for high-speed automatic filling, testing of capsules and tablets, inspection during painting and etching processes, and calibration of dispensers. The ultra-compact and high-precision WMC weighing module from MetraTredo, with a width of 2.5 cm, ensures fast and stable movement even in environments susceptible to external factors such as vibrations and wind, thanks to its newly developed electromagnetic balance cell. Made of stainless steel and robust, it features overloading protection and is easy to clean, making it ideal for manufacturing lines. Its lightweight and compact design takes up little space and is resistant to disturbances such as vibrations and wind, making it suitable for weighing within glove boxes. Depending on the application, a wash-down model that can protect the interior of the scale with air purging is also available.

The digital weighing module "PowerMount SWB605" from Metratoledo offers exceptional accuracy and reliability due to its automatic digital compensation feature, which maintains high measurement precision. It is robust and easy to install as it connects in a daisy chain (linked together) without the need for a "calculation box," which can often be a weak point in the system.

The Metra Toledo tank weighing module "MultiMount SWB505" is a robust and easy-to-install MultiMount(tm) weighing module. It can be installed without the need for dummy cells, making installation straightforward. By using CalFree(tm), calibration can be performed without the use of weights. With 360-degree horizontal movement and features to prevent floating and down-stopping, safe installation can be achieved with a single type. Stabilizers to reduce vibrations from mixers and other equipment can also be optionally installed in two locations. Depending on the application, you can choose between galvanized and stainless steel options.
