Pressure-resistant explosion-proof PLC

It is possible to achieve low-cost control of peripheral devices and data collection in hazardous locations (explosion-proof areas)! This contributes to the explosion-proofing of control panels!

We have housed the MELSEC Q series sequencer in a pressure-resistant explosion-proof box and obtained domestic explosion-proof certification. Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations, even if certified for explosion-proof use overseas such as IECEx or ATEX, cannot be used in Japan without undergoing domestic explosion-proof testing. This product has obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas. If the power supply ratings and other standards are met, it is possible to replace units from the Q series that are not standard. It is ideal for replacing conventional air purge panels and similar equipment. Since it can control external devices such as solenoid valves in hazardous locations, replacing the control unit of existing equipment with this product makes it easier to achieve explosion-proof compliance. Additionally, it can accept inputs from sensors and measuring instruments, allowing for easy construction of data collection systems in hazardous locations. When combined with our product, the "Pressure-Resistant Explosion-Proof CC-Link Remote I/O Expansion Unit," it is also possible to expand the number of signal I/O and analog I/O points, enabling the construction of data collection and signal monitoring systems in hazardous locations.
