We develop and sell sound visualization devices that achieve "visualization of sound," instantly identifying the location of abnormal sounds, and provide consulting for building predictive maintenance systems that automatically determine abnormal trends from sensor data using the MT method. The "sound visualization device" visualizes sudden sounds in real-time with high-speed processing of up to 25fps. Many customers have utilized it after purchase. The "IoT / Predictive Maintenance System Construction Consulting" monitors data such as vibrations and employs the MT method for automatic determination during abnormal trends. For higher-level visualization, remote monitoring, and ticket issuance during abnormalities, we use Bosch PPM. The size is compact while maintaining the same functionality. With the handheld/portable visualization device, for example, field tests can be conducted outdoors to measure environmental noise. For instance, it can be brought into a vehicle to test various electronic components, air conditioning, speakers, etc. Additionally, it can be taken into a factory to measure environmental noise from production equipment and for preventive maintenance of production equipment. Furthermore, like conventional devices, it achieves high-speed processing at 25fps, enabling it to track sudden sounds, movement, and changing sounds. At construction sites, temporary parking lots may be established for workers and construction-related vehicles. On unpaved ground, mud and ruts can easily occur due to rain, which may hinder vehicle access. Hyper CLT mats are civil engineering materials that utilize wood CLT. By laying them in temporary parking lots, a suitable environment for vehicle passage and parking can be created while protecting the ground. They can be laid only in the necessary areas, and after the construction is completed, they can be removed and repurposed for temporary roads or access routes. The 5×10 panels weigh approximately 230 kg, and the 5×20 panels weigh about 460 kg, making them lightweight and easy to install and remove even with small machinery, allowing for changes in parking space.
