SS non-oxidative cutting has begun. Stainless steel, of course, can be cut non-oxidatively up to 9.0t. By eliminating the oxide film on the cutting surface, we can reduce the pre-painting processes, preventing paint peeling and the need for touch-up painting. By using protrusion processing, we achieve increased surface strength and reduced plate thickness for lightweighting and cost reduction! Here are some examples.

We would like to introduce products made using laser processing technology. The R-shaped stepped press-processed plates, which do not require mass production molds, are products developed with the aim of reducing the weight of heavy covers. In particular, YAG laser welding has achieved high-quality and beautiful welds by minimizing distortion through the possession of high-output transmitters. The "Powder Diverging Chute" is a food machinery component that allows powder products to diverge in two directions after being transported on a conveyor.
