We will be exhibiting at the 9th Comprehensive Inspection Equipment Exhibition (JIMA2018) held from September 26 (Wednesday) to September 28 (Friday), 2018. We will showcase an image processing magnetic particle inspection device that can automatically inspect automotive parts and other items, incorporating the latest flaw detection technology. We will also display the latest LED black light series, which is essential for magnetic particle inspection. The LED black light features low power consumption, maintenance-free operation, and easy usability. Additionally, we will exhibit a hardening tester that can measure and manage hardening depth. This hardening tester is an inspection device capable of determining the quality of welding, hardness, and material in steel within just 0.5 seconds. Due to its short measurement time, it enables full inspection management as well. We will have demo units available, and if you bring samples, we can measure them on the spot.
