ISDI School Opening by Imaoka System Dynamics Research Institute

We will introduce the ISDI School, filled with hints to solve problems in manufacturing: - Improvement activities do not lead to profits. - Inventory reduction and prevention of stockouts cannot coexist. - ERP was implemented, but performance is not improving. - Power costs are higher than labor and equipment costs. - Energy conservation is not being realized. - New products are not developing. - We cannot create individuals with autonomy. Unlike typical seminars that are often fragmented by specialized fields with different instructors lecturing without relevance to other subjects, all lectures are conducted by instructors who share the same philosophy. All lectures fundamentally connect to an ecosystem and are based on a holistic Drucker philosophy of mind, strategy, and practice. Unlike schools where you are given disparate tools and need to assemble the final goal yourself, this school teaches you how to set the final goal and how to use the tools.
