This seminar, titled "Let's Turn the Voices Gathered in Call Centers into a Treasure Trove! - From Voice Accumulation to Analysis (Utilizing Voice Recognition Technology and Analytical Methods)," will introduce the utilization of voice data accumulated in call centers.
Recently, we have heard many requests from users of the Voistore call recording device who want to make use of voice data. Additionally, the demand for face-to-face recording outside of call centers is also expanding. By collaborating with AI for voice recognition, transcription, and emotion analysis through voice, we aim to enhance the quality of communication with customers. We are participating in this voice-related community as part of our efforts to support everyone in improving communication quality and to expand our services for use in various situations beyond just call centers.
