This seminar, titled "Let's Turn the Voices Gathered in Call Centers into a Treasure Trove! - From Voice Accumulation to Analysis (Utilizing Voice Recognition Technology and Analytical Methods)," will introduce the utilization of voice data accumulated in call centers. Recently, we have heard many requests from users of the Voistore call recording device who want to make use of voice data. Additionally, the demand for face-to-face recording outside of call centers is also expanding. By collaborating with AI for voice recognition, transcription, and emotion analysis through voice, we aim to enhance the quality of communication with customers. We are participating in this voice-related community as part of our efforts to support everyone in improving communication quality and to expand our services for use in various situations beyond just call centers. AlphaCom actively participates in such communities, creating opportunities for everyone to easily contact our employees, while also working on gathering various information and developing new features!

AlphaCom will be exhibiting at the "Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2018 in Tokyo" held on November 15-16. In our session, we will discuss how the "connection" between companies and customers is changing. Bridging the gap with customers through collaboration with AI and LINE is key to improving customer satisfaction.
