The "LC-450" is a device that efficiently crushes powdered materials such as sugar and flour that have agglomerated and solidified in stored bags. It coarsely crushes to a size of a few millimeters using a rotating rotor with protrusions. This eliminates the need for manual labor with hammers, contributing to labor savings. The residence time of the raw materials is also short, preventing damage from temperature rise. The raw materials are struck by the impact force of the rapidly rotating rotor and are crushed until they are smaller than the hole diameter of the screen. Specifically, coarse crushing and dispersion are performed by the protrusions of the inner rotor and the fixed plate, while the outer rotor and the screen add shear action to the impact force, simultaneously causing the raw materials to collide with each other and become finer. This process is repeated until they are smaller than the hole diameter of the screen, at which point they are discharged.
