Therefore, the key point was to ensure that the packaging materials had sufficient strength, using sturdy cardboard for the outer box. Additionally, we adopted double packaging that minimizes the risk of accidents from impacts or punctures without affecting the product. By conducting cushioning design, we ensured that even delicate products, such as optical components that are sensitive to shocks, can be safely shipped overseas. As a result of our final proposal, we achieved a stable loading method where the products do not come into contact with each other, increasing the capacity from what the customer previously thought was limited to 5 units to 6 units due to our proposal.
