Ceramics are materials that excel in mechanical properties, balancing wear resistance (hardness) and strength, and are widely used in our products, such as suction transport nozzles for surface mount machines. Generally, ceramics are electrically insulative (materials that do not conduct electricity), but in recent years, there has been a demand for conductive ceramics in semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing processes and the electronics field for static electricity countermeasures. It is a porous metal material containing numerous pores like a resin sponge. Each pore is part of a continuous bubble structure, allowing fluids to pass through reliably. Additionally, compared to plates/blocks, the specific surface area is improved by several hundred times, making it suitable for use as a reaction layer or filter. Ceramics 3D printing is a new technology for shaping ceramics using a 3D printer. By applying the ceramic molding materials (filaments) developed by our company, three-dimensional shaping of ceramics is possible with a typical FDM (Fluid Deposition Modeling) 3D printer.

It is a catalyst for ozone decomposition that supports ozone treatment.

The ozone decomposition catalyst, NO honeycomb, is an air purification filter with a catalyst attached to a ceramic honeycomb. Ozone (O3) has strong oxidative power and is used for applications such as sterilization, virus inactivation, deodorization, and decolorization. However, due to its oxidative power, it is toxic to organic matter and can have harmful effects on the human body at high concentrations. To utilize the characteristics of ozone safely, our NO honeycomb is used as an ozone decomposition catalyst, which breaks down ozone into oxygen molecules (O2) and oxygen atoms (O) through the action of the catalyst. The sterilization and virus inactivation treatment using ozone is gaining attention.

The air pollutants contained in combustion exhaust gases from vehicles such as automobiles, NOx (nitrogen oxides) and SOx (sulfur oxides), are purified using the acidic gas absorbent "NC Honeycomb" developed by our company. Our NC Honeycomb decomposes and absorbs NOx and SOx through catalytic action, thereby suppressing air pollution caused by combustion exhaust gases. It has been adopted in the exhaust systems of tunnels in the metropolitan expressway.

Micro-honeycomb is a fine lattice structure formed using extrusion molding molds that leverage our fine hole and fine groove processing technology, exceeding 10,000 cells/in². Our dispenser nozzle is a coating nozzle designed for tabletop dispensers, featuring a ceramic tip. 【Features】 - As a standard nozzle for tabletop dispensers, we can manufacture nozzles with a hole diameter of less than 200μm, which are not commonly available. (We can accommodate a minimum hole diameter of 5μm.) - The standard metal holder has a double-thread specification, allowing for direct attachment to commercially available dispensers and syringes. - The nozzle tip is made of ceramic, making it suitable for cleaning with solvents and thermal processing.
