Micro-honeycomb is a fine lattice structure formed using extrusion molding molds that leverage our fine hole and fine groove processing technology, exceeding 10,000 cells/in². We have a wide range of production achievements with various materials, including: - Ceramics (alumina, zirconia, etc.) - Metal materials (stainless steel) - Filler-containing thermoplastic resin materials Since it is produced using the extrusion molding method, which continuously discharges uniform cross-sectional shapes, it is also possible to manufacture integrated parts exceeding a length of 200mm. It is a sintered metal porous body with a maximum porosity of 98% and excellent pore connectivity.

Our metal porous body (porous metal) is a sintered metal material that contains numerous pores like a resin sponge. It is manufactured to trace the structure of foamed polyurethane (sponge). Each pore is a continuous bubble that connects to one another, allowing fluids to pass through reliably. Additionally, the specific surface area is improved by several hundred times compared to simple plates or blocks, making it suitable for use as a reaction layer or filter.

It is 3D printing processing of ceramics! It is possible to directly manufacture ceramic parts from CAD data!

Ceramics 3D printing is a new technology for shaping ceramics using a 3D printer. By applying the ceramic molding materials (filaments) developed by our company, three-dimensional shaping of ceramics is possible with a typical FDM (Fluid Deposition Modeling) 3D printer.

Processing reduction through molding technology utilizing molds. It is a ceramic component manufacturing technology strong in mass production of complex-shaped and fine parts.

This is an introduction to our ceramic injection molding technology, which leverages our core technologies of precision mold and ceramic material preparation. By primarily blending organic-based resin binders with ceramic powder materials and compounding them, we can mold and process ceramics into various shapes using molds, much like resin materials. The mold and shape flexibility is similar to that of resin injection molding, and in the manufacturing of expensive ceramic components, this technology achieves shorter lead times, lower costs, and reduced raw material waste through a reduction in processing steps.

A nozzle with a hole diameter of 200μm or less, which is not commonly handled as a standard product. The tip is made of ceramic, so it can also be cleaned with solvents.

Our dispenser nozzle is a coating nozzle designed for tabletop dispensers, featuring a ceramic tip. 【Features】 - As a standard nozzle for tabletop dispensers, we can manufacture nozzles with a hole diameter of less than 200μm, which are not commonly available. (We can accommodate a minimum hole diameter of 5μm.) - The standard metal holder has a double-thread specification, allowing for direct attachment to commercially available dispensers and syringes. - The nozzle tip is made of ceramic, making it suitable for cleaning with solvents and thermal processing. (We will select materials according to the cleaning method.) - The inner surface of the nozzle has a tapered cross-section, produced through injection molding using molds, resulting in high smoothness and improved flow and coating properties. Ceramics are materials that excel in mechanical properties, balancing wear resistance (hardness) and strength, and are widely used in our products, such as suction transport nozzles for surface mount machines. Generally, ceramics are electrically insulative (materials that do not conduct electricity), but in recent years, there has been a demand for conductive ceramics in semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing processes and the electronics field for static electricity countermeasures. To meet such needs, we have developed our unique conductive ceramics.

It is a special ceramic that absorbs visible light and suppresses the penetration of incident light. It is suitable for calibration gauges for laser light measuring instruments and optical propagation components.

"Visible Light Shielding White Ceramic" is a dense white ceramic developed by our company that absorbs visible light, including laser light, preventing it from penetrating and scattering within the irradiated light. It is a ceramic based on alumina, lightweight with a specific gravity of 4.6 g/cm³, and due to its dense sintered structure, it exhibits high strength, high hardness, and excellent corrosion resistance. In addition to plates and blocks, it can also accommodate the production of complex-shaped parts using injection molding, and we are currently developing ceramic spheres as calibration gauges for non-contact three-dimensional measuring machines.

It is a catalyst for ozone decomposition that supports ozone treatment.

The ozone decomposition catalyst, NO honeycomb, is an air purification filter with a catalyst attached to a ceramic honeycomb. Ozone (O3) has strong oxidative power and is used for applications such as sterilization, virus inactivation, deodorization, and decolorization. However, due to its oxidative power, it is toxic to organic matter and can have harmful effects on the human body at high concentrations. To utilize the characteristics of ozone safely, our NO honeycomb is used as an ozone decomposition catalyst, which breaks down ozone into oxygen molecules (O2) and oxygen atoms (O) through the action of the catalyst. The sterilization and virus inactivation treatment using ozone is gaining attention.

It is a ceramic honeycomb filter that decomposes and absorbs air pollutants such as NOx/SOx!

The air pollutants contained in combustion exhaust gases from vehicles such as automobiles, NOx (nitrogen oxides) and SOx (sulfur oxides), are purified using the acidic gas absorbent "NC Honeycomb" developed by our company. Our NC Honeycomb decomposes and absorbs NOx and SOx through catalytic action, thereby suppressing air pollution caused by combustion exhaust gases. It has been adopted in the exhaust systems of tunnels in the metropolitan expressway.

Platinum is a catalyst used for purifying automobile exhaust gases, with features such as: - High activity (promotes reactions more effectively) - Excellent durability Our oxidation catalyst, NA honeycomb, is a filter that has platinum catalyst attached to a ceramic honeycomb. By using a honeycomb structure and support body, it achieves purification treatment with platinum catalyst at low pressure loss and high efficiency.
