It is a sintered metal porous body with a maximum porosity of 98% and excellent pore connectivity.

Our metal porous body (porous metal) is a sintered metal material that contains numerous pores like a resin sponge. It is manufactured to trace the structure of foamed polyurethane (sponge). Each pore is a continuous bubble that connects to one another, allowing fluids to pass through reliably. Ceramic injection molded products

Processing reduction through molding technology utilizing molds. It is a ceramic component manufacturing technology strong in mass production of complex-shaped and fine parts.

This is an introduction to our ceramic injection molding technology, which leverages our core technologies of precision mold and ceramic material preparation. By primarily blending organic-based resin binders with ceramic powder materials and compounding them, we can mold and process ceramics into various shapes using molds, much like resin materials. The mold and shape flexibility is similar to that of resin injection molding, and in the manufacturing of expensive ceramic components, this technology achieves shorter lead times, lower costs, and reduced raw material waste through a reduction in processing steps.

"Directly attachable to commercial devices" Ceramic dispenser nozzle

A nozzle with a hole diameter of 200μm or less, which is not commonly handled as a standard product. The tip is made of ceramic, so it can also be cleaned with solvents.

Our dispenser nozzle is a coating nozzle designed for tabletop dispensers, featuring a ceramic tip. 【Features】 - As a standard nozzle for tabletop dispensers, we can manufacture nozzles with a hole diameter of less than 200μm, which are not commonly available. (We can accommodate a minimum hole diameter of 5μm.) - The standard metal holder has a double-thread specification, allowing for direct attachment to commercially available dispensers and syringes. - The nozzle tip is made of ceramic, making it suitable for cleaning with solvents and thermal processing. (We will select materials according to the cleaning method.) - The inner surface of the nozzle has a tapered cross-section, produced through injection molding using molds, resulting in high smoothness and improved flow and coating properties. The inner and outer diameters of the nozzle tip can be manufactured to your specified dimensions. We also accept custom specifications for the metal holder. Ozone decomposition catalyst: NO honeycomb [ozone treatment]

It is a catalyst for ozone decomposition that supports ozone treatment.

The ozone decomposition catalyst, NO honeycomb, is an air purification filter with a catalyst attached to a ceramic honeycomb. Ozone (O3) has strong oxidative power and is used for applications such as sterilization, virus inactivation, deodorization, and decolorization. However, due to its oxidative power, it is toxic to organic matter and can have harmful effects on the human body at high concentrations. To utilize the characteristics of ozone safely, our NO honeycomb is used as an ozone decomposition catalyst, which breaks down ozone into oxygen molecules (O2) and oxygen atoms (O) through the action of the catalyst.
