When introducing ground mats at civil engineering sites, it is important to consider not only the material costs but also the expenses involved in installation and removal. Hyper CLT ground mats are lightweight civil engineering materials that utilize wood CLT, with the 5×10 panel weighing approximately 230 kg and the 5×20 panel weighing about 460 kg. They are easy to handle even with small machinery, and depending on the site conditions, they can help reduce the need for extensive lifting operations. Furthermore, due to their lightweight nature, they can be easily repositioned on-site, which is expected to improve construction efficiency. Hyper CLT ground mats are registered under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's NETIS technology "TH-250021-A." They combine wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT, representing a new type of ground mat that considers total costs, including installation and removal.

When it comes to ground plates at civil engineering sites, steel plates are generally common, but the required performance varies depending on the site. This is where a new option comes into play: the "Hyper CLT Ground Plate," which utilizes wood CLT. It can be widely used for temporary roads, access routes, material yards, temporary parking lots, and worker pathways, and is characterized by being lightweight and easy to install and remove. Furthermore, it offers unique values not found in conventional materials, such as reducing glare and metallic sounds, CO2 fixation, and consideration for the landscape. There is no need to replace everything with steel plates. For areas with high concentrated loads, steel plates can be used, while CLT can be used for other areas, allowing for differentiation based on site conditions. The Hyper CLT Ground Plate is a registered technology with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (NETIS) under "TH-250021-A." By combining wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT, we are entering an era where the optimal materials can be selected for each site. The Hyper CLT Ground Plate proposes a new option for future civil engineering sites.

Hyper CLT sheets are not civil engineering materials created solely through theoretical examination. We have collaborated with actual construction companies and conducted repeated field tests to confirm their workability and usability on construction sites. We have laid them out in temporary roads, access routes, and heavy machinery work yards, verifying vehicle and machinery movement, installation and removal, and relocation within the site. By gathering feedback and usage conditions from the field, we are accumulating practical methods for utilizing wood CLT. Additionally, we are also verifying the unique characteristics of wood, such as lightness, glare reduction, noise suppression, and CO2 fixation, on-site. Hyper CLT sheets are registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under NETIS technology "TH-250021-A." As a CLT sheet developed through practical demonstrations with construction companies, it is being utilized in various civil engineering projects.
