Study on Quality Control through Parameter Measurement in iPS Cell Culture Supernatant

Focusing on "cell proliferation," one of the indicators of cell quality, we compared the results of cell proliferation and culture medium component analysis when changing the culture conditions. This is the result data from an experiment where the frequency of medium exchange was set to three conditions during the maintenance culture of iPS cells in a feeder-free environment, followed by three passages. In this verification, we used the cell culture environment analysis device "BioProfile FLEX2." About ROAD: The "Roundtable on the Purpose of Autonomous Driving (ROAD)" conference series has evolved into a unique platform for interdis-ciplinary dialogue and international collaboration in the field of autonomous driving and autonomous mobility. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will publish "Guidelines on the Interpretation and Application of Civil Liability in AI Utilization" in April 2026, and the Ministry of Justice will also establish an expert meeting to examine civil liability related to unauthorized use of images and voices generated by AI in the same month. As the full enforcement of the AI Promotion Act and the revision of AI guidelines are underway, it is necessary to design and operate governance based on the potential responsibilities that may arise retrospectively.
