【Lightweight and High Dissipation Efficiency】 The Q-Ball S type guarantees safe indoor explosion dissipation within the operating area. It effectively cools the interior of the Q-Ball S type, preventing the effects of flame propagation and explosion pressure. The Q-Ball S type can accommodate up to 265 bar*m/s (Kst value) and is a frameless explosion dissipation outlet specially developed and customized for plant components with high dynamic requirements for vibration and oscillation. With its specially designed lower structure and minimal output-to-weight ratio, the Q-Ball S type can be directly mounted onto vibration systems. By applying the newly developed spherical extinguishing efficiency, there are no costs incurred for modifications or changes. The Q-Ball S type guarantees maximum dissipation efficiency while minimizing the required dissipation area.

Explosion venting port resistant to low to medium vacuum and pressure fluctuations.

The dome-shaped single-layer explosion vent type EDP is suitable for use in processes involving medium vacuum or overpressure (up to 70% of the minimum pressure (Pstat) when the explosion vent is open), as well as some pressure fluctuations. It is mainly suitable for air-filled devices, filters, cyclones, and containers that operate under strong vibrations. The standard burst pressure is 0.1 bar (22 °C). 【Mechanism】 As the pressure increases, the explosion vent will rupture at the designated rupture point at the specified pressure, releasing the pressure and flames from within the container or device to the outside.
