The strong electric field passes through the bag and causes a distortion in the molecular electronic arrangement of the target powder inside. By continuing this phenomenon for a certain period, a slight distortion can be induced in the molecular structure of the entire substance. This distortion makes it easier for the target powder to interact with water molecules and liquid molecules. Since the changes occur at the molecular level, hydrophilicity can be enhanced without altering the physical properties.
