The high-output X-ray CT system 'YXLON UX50' is equipped with a high-output mini-focus X-ray tube with a maximum output of 450 kV, capable of handling a wide variety of samples from high-density workpieces such as castings to composite modules. It can be equipped with two types of detectors: a line detector that minimizes the impact of scattered radiation and a flat panel detector.
