This product is a level meter that applies the magnetostriction phenomenon based on the Wiedemann effect. A magnet inside a float that moves along the stem generates "twisting strain" on the magnetostrictive wire, and by measuring the propagation speed of that strain, the liquid level is detected. The KF-300 series is a vertical float switch for liquid measurement. It has a simple structure that makes it easy to handle. Additionally, since it uses a reed switch, it can also withstand humidity, gas, and dust. We offer a variety of materials and float sizes to accommodate different liquids. Furthermore, while it is a point measurement level switch, it can detect multiple points by increasing the number of reed switches. We can also accommodate challenging usage conditions with options such as a wave-damping tube, relay joint specifications, and ribbed floats, so please feel free to consult us. This is a capacitive level switch that can be used for various applications with over 1,000 types of electrode shapes and special circuits. It reliably detects even in the following situations: 1. For measurement objects with electrode adhesion or deposits, unique correction functions ensure that adhesion and deposits are not detected. 2. For use in areas with severe vibrations, it is equipped with amplification separation and vibration-resistant measures. 3. For corrosive measurement objects, Teflon-coated electrodes can be used (depending on the measurement conditions). 4. There are no issues with installing multiple units in the same tank (however, if the installation spacing is short, interference countermeasures are required). 5. If you want to detect interfaces, it can be adapted by referring to the relative permittivity of the two liquids, provided the conditions are met. 6. For use in areas with significant temperature differences, there is a condensation prevention specification (indoor use only, with air holes). 7. If you want to confirm ON/OFF without going to the site, there is a version with a visible operation indicator light. 8. If chattering causes frequent ON/OFF repetitions, the ALN type comes standard with an ON delay function (an OFF delay option is also available). The KVX and XV2 models are compact, small vibrating level switches that pursue ease of use while maintaining the performance of our vibrating level switch KVK model. - Despite their small size, they can stably detect low-density powders with a specific gravity of 0.1 or higher (optional 0.03 or higher), making them suitable for use with resin pellets, powders, flakes, and more! - The installation sizes are also small diameter. The KVX model is for R1 installation type, and the XV2 model is for R(G) 3/4 installation type. Flange and hygienic installation options are also available! - No initial adjustment is required.
