We are pleased to announce the release of "Fillie," the latest addition to our "NEXTAGE" series. "Fillie" is a humanoid collaborative robot developed with three key concepts: "compact size," "cost performance," and "highly compatible design," while also pursuing "practicality." While the "NEXTAGE" series has primarily been introduced in production environments, "Fillie" is designed to be utilized not only in traditional markets but also in new markets that involve human interaction. "It's stylish! It's cute! It's reliable!" "Fillie" is a highly flexible robot that can build relationships in any industry and with anyone. Additionally, we will be showcasing "Fillie" at the Kawada Robotics booth during the "2022 International Robot Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 9, 2022 (Wednesday). We have released "Pump," an application optimized for picking scattered workpieces and supplying them in an organized manner to automated machines, as the second installment in the "Nx-Solution" series using the humanoid collaborative robot "NEXTAGE."

When it rains, problems at construction sites such as muddy access roads, rough ground conditions, and reduced mobility of heavy machinery and vehicles increase significantly. One solution that can be utilized even in rainy conditions is the wooden lightweight mat "Hyper CLT Mat," made from CLT (Cross Laminated Timber). By laying it down on temporary roads, access routes, heavy machinery work yards, and material storage areas, it reduces the area where vehicles run directly on the ground, serving as a countermeasure against mud and muck. The 5×10 panel weighs about 230 kg, making it relatively light and easy to install, remove, or relocate in accordance with the progress of construction. Furthermore, it can be proposed for use in public works as a new technology registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under NETIS as "TH-250021-A." The wooden lightweight mat, combining wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT, is an option that supports the footing of sites where conditions can change easily due to weather.
