Implementation substrate gripper SCG-HSS

Stable transport of complex surface-structured printed circuit boards! Achieving universal transport of printed circuit boards and ESD countermeasures with zero setup time!

The SCG-HSS is a vacuum-type hand designed to stably transport workpieces with complex surface shapes, such as uneven implementation boards. The suction surface features "alignment pins" arranged in a cylindrical manner, allowing it to flexibly conform to the surface of the workpiece. It can follow large unevenness that was difficult with conventional pads, enabling secure handling and transport of workpieces with more complex surfaces. The operation of the pins is pneumatic, making it easy to use without special setup. By simply fixing the pins to match the workpiece, it can be used like a dedicated hand, reducing the need for designing and manufacturing custom hands or the hassle of changing hands each time, thereby contributing to increased productivity. Additionally, it has an electrical resistance value suitable for ESD countermeasures, helping to prevent damage and defects in electronic components caused by ESD destruction. ◆ For more detailed information, please refer to the catalog.

Vacuum Gripper FQE

Perfect for transporting a variety of small items in large quantities! A versatile robot hand that enables handling of diverse workpieces without the need for changing stages.

The general-purpose vacuum gripper FQE is a small robotic hand that uses sponge or suction pads on its gripping surface. It is very effective for handling workpieces with gaps, workpieces that are not positioned accurately, and bulk transport of various sizes of workpieces. Since one hand can accommodate various workpieces, it eliminates the need for designing and exchanging hands tailored to specific workpieces, contributing to time savings and increased productivity. Additionally, since the FQE complies with ISO/TS 15066, it can be utilized not only in automated transport processes with industrial robots but also in collaborative work with humans using collaborative robots. The configuration of the vacuum gripper allows for the selection of suitable specifications based on individual applications, including the presence or absence of a vacuum generator, the type of gripping surface, three types of gripper sizes, and valve types.

Modular Touring System SXT

A touring system that achieves high precision design and easy assembly!

SXT is a touring system consisting of approximately 150 types of parts. By combining holders for pipes, clamps, and vacuum pads, you can design the hand freely. As a highly expandable modular system, it allows for the creation of optimal shapes tailored to specific applications. Since it consists of simple parts, assembly and modification are also easy. Managing parts individually enables space-saving storage and maintenance of spare parts. The parts are made from lightweight and highly durable 6000 series aluminum, allowing for weight reduction of the hand. This reduces the load on the robot, achieving high-speed and stable transport, contributing to increased takt time.

Bellows pad SAXB for oil film steel plates

High durability and high conformability bellows pads that enable high-speed transport of oil film steel plates!

The suction pad SAXB is the latest model of the "SA series," which has over 20 years of proven performance for pads designed for oil-coated steel plates. The SA series demonstrates high holding power against steel plates with an oil film by designing grooves on the suction surface to allow oil to escape, contributing to reduced cycle times. The new product "SAXB" features a bellows shape, enhancing its adaptability to the uneven shapes of body parts and other components. Additionally, the presence of the bellows helps to cushion impacts during suction, reducing the load on the workpiece. The pad is made from Elasto-Dur, which excels in wear resistance and flexibility.

For transporting metal work! Magnet gripper SGM

Compatible with perforated metal plates! A magnetic transport solution that excels in situations where vacuum cannot be used!

The Schmalz magnetic gripper 'SGM' series is equipped with permanent magnets, making it suitable for transporting thin steel plates with holes and complex-shaped parts. Additionally, since air consumption occurs only during function switching, it allows for energy-efficient transport compared to the use of electromagnets or vacuum pads. In addition to the standard type SGM, there are enhanced holding force types (SGM-HP), high holding force and high-temperature resistant types (SGM-HT-HP), and a variety of options including high holding force and anti-double-picking types (SGM-HPm) available in the lineup. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Seminar] Practical Response to the Obligation of Measures Against Kasuhara and Job Hunting Sexual Harassment

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Instructor] Attorney Kurato Suzuki, Irokawa Law Office [Key Lecture Content] Due to the amendments to the Comprehensive Promotion Law for Labor Policies, starting from October 1, 2026, employers will be required to take necessary measures in employment management regarding customer harassment (Kasu Hara) and sexual harassment against job seekers (Job Hunting Sexual Harassment). In line with this, companies will need to prepare for practical implementation before the enforcement date, based on the guidelines published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This includes developing internal regulations, establishing consultation and response systems, raising awareness within the company, and determining judgment and response methods on-site. This seminar will organize the setting of job hunting rules related to job hunting sexual harassment, internal awareness, and key points for regulatory development. It will also explain the distinction between legitimate complaints and customer harassment, judgment, documentation, and response on-site, the establishment of a company-wide system, regulatory development considering dispute risks, and points that are easily overlooked. The Human Resources, Labor, Legal, and Compliance departments will systematically organize the response matters that need to be confirmed in preparation for the enforcement on October 1, 2026, from the perspectives of guideline compliance and on-site operations. [Lecture Items] 1. Job Hunting Sexual Harassment 2. Customer Harassment 3. Q&A

By the fiscal year 2025, we aim to achieve the injection of synthetic methane produced during the demonstration operation of the test facility. This presentation will provide detailed information on the results of the NEDO project for the fiscal year 2025, including the current status of the latest test facilities. [Presentation Items] 1. INPEX's efforts towards net zero by 2050 2. Policy trends related to CO2 methanation 3. Challenges of CO2 methanation 4. Results of the NEDO practical application technology development project with a capacity of 400 Nm3-CO2/h for the fiscal year 2025 5. Future commercialization prospects and challenges 6. [Seminar] Generative AI Planning Techniques - 90% of AI Utilization is About "Questions"

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Mr. Satoru Shimizu, President and CEO of Okunote Inc. [Key Lecture Content] Generative AI is not a "magic wand," but a "mirror" that reflects the questions of the user. In this lecture, based on my book "The 'Super' Planning Techniques Practiced by Competition Disruptors: Seven Creative Steps to Lead Winning Strategies with the 'Art of Questioning'," I will explain how to overcome the challenges of proposals being rejected, not moving forward within the company, and not being executed on-site through interactions with AI. I will introduce the entire process of planning, linking it with AI utilization, from question design to hypothesis destruction, structuring materials from the decision-maker's perspective, forming internal consensus, managing execution, and turning reflections into assets. In the latter part of the workshop (exclusive to on-site participants), you will actually formulate questions and refine your dialogue with AI, taking home usable "art of questioning" techniques for tomorrow. [Lecture Items] 1. Orientation: AI is a "mirror," not a "magic wand." 2. Enhancing the precision of planning through "question design" and "hypothesis destruction." 3. Structuring materials from the decision-maker's perspective to create "acceptable" proposals. 4. Forming consensus that transcends internal barriers. 5. Mechanisms that prevent execution from stopping and turning experiences into assets through reflection. 6. Habitualizing AI as a "partner" and the roles humans will take on in the AI era.
