The Ambr 250 High Throughput Generation 2 is a multi-parallel bioreactor system that accelerates process development and characterization analysis schedules to achieve cost reduction. Its fully continuous gas supply system realizes similarity with large-scale bioreactors and optimizes the scale-down model. Through the integration of analysis options such as the capacitance-based BioPAT Viamass, it supports extensive feedback control.

A single-use benchtop bioreactor with simple operation aimed at improving productivity.

The industry-standard multi-channel, compact fully automated bioreactor, Ambr250 in a benchtop configuration, has arrived with new features and applications for regenerative medicine. It allows for independent cultivation with highly controlled single-use containers with operating capacities of 100-250 mL, arranged in a maximum of 8 channels. There are three types of containers, each specialized for cells, microorganisms, and regenerative medicine, with a refined design that contributes to process development and optimization. Since the containers are single-use and sterilized, they enable fast turnover, accelerating customers' research and development activities. Because it is geometrically identical to bioreactors used for production scale in pharmaceuticals and regenerative medicine products, it is possible to quickly transition and implement optimized cultivation and production conditions.

[Speaker] Mr. Itsuki Wakayama, Project General Manager, Technology Promotion Unit, Low Carbon Solutions Division, INPEX Corporation [Key Lecture Content] The greatest advantage of synthetic methane production through CO2 methanation technology is that it enables decarbonization without significant additions or modifications to all existing natural gas and city gas infrastructure. At INPEX, after two NEDO commissioned projects, we have been conducting the development of practical application technology with a capacity of 400 Nm3-CO2/h, one of the largest in the world, as a subsidized project by NEDO since the fiscal year 2021. By the fiscal year 2025, we aim to achieve the injection of synthetic methane produced during the demonstration operation of the test facility. In this lecture, based on my book "The 'Super' Planning Techniques Practiced by Competition Disruptors: Seven Creative Steps to Lead Winning Strategies with the 'Art of Questioning'," I will explain how to overcome the challenges of proposals being rejected, not moving forward within the company, and not being executed on-site through interactions with AI. I will introduce the entire process of planning, linking it with AI utilization, from question design to hypothesis destruction, structuring materials from the decision-maker's perspective, forming internal consensus, managing execution, and turning reflections into assets.
