Small-batch molding of various types of PEEK.

Molded products can be accommodated from 350t to 20t class. Compatible with fiberglass (GF) and carbon fiber (CF) grades. Support for small lot mass production (in-house factory). We produce from small lots (50 pieces/Lot) to 10,000 pieces/Lot. We also accommodate glass-reinforced grades and carbon-added grades!

It has a very high heat resistance as a thermoplastic resin. The load deflection temperature of unreinforced PEEK is about 186°C, while PEEK is about 140°C. In reinforced grades with fillers such as glass fibers, it exceeds 300°C.

The photo shows a product that has been cut into two pieces. It can be confirmed that the ball is in the center. The iron ball was suspended in the center of the mold, and a seamless molded product was created using PP resin through injection molding. By suspending the insert ball in the mold and performing injection molding, there is no need for post-processing to ultrasonic weld or glue the two parts together. Since there are no seams, even if the inserted material is metal, it will not rust. Eliminating post-processing also leads to cost reduction!

Super engineering plastic Ultem (PEI) specification impeller

For medical pump impellers, considering transparency, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and pressure strength, we are using amorphous super engineering plastic PEI for the housing and impeller, transitioning from reinforced glass to resin. We are thoroughly enjoying PEI molding from both the molding and mold production aspects through integrated production. We can accommodate PEI/Ultem molded products from 350t to 20t class, and we can handle prototype production. We support PEI/Ultem grades with glass fiber (GF) and carbon fiber (CF). We are currently mass-producing PEI/Ultem in the semiconductor field. We are currently mass-producing PEI/Ultem in the general industrial field. We have general-grade PEI/Ultem in stock. As part of the "Hometown Ibara Future Creation Human Resource Development Project," we welcomed local elementary and middle school students to the special summer program "Ibara Job Exploration Tour 2025," a collaboration between the Ibara City Chamber of Commerce and the Corporate Branding Committee.
