Typically, used oil is collected in each region and handed over directly to recycling companies. IF, what if... we could easily purify and reuse it ourselves? This might contribute to revitalizing the community! We will custom-make a small waste oil recycling system, TSWORS, that allows for easy recycling at the site where waste oil is generated. Oil flows into the hollow spindle due to internal pressure from the engine or a constant pressure provided by an external oil pump, passes through the bowl, and is ejected at high speed from the jet nozzle of the drive chamber, causing the bowl to spin rapidly due to that energy. At this time, the particulate impurities contained in the oil are subjected to centrifugal force of 1000 to 2000 times their specific gravity, accumulating on the inner wall of the bowl, while the cleaned oil is ejected from the nozzle, released from pressure, and flows back into the oil tank.
