basic information
【Features】 ■ The voltage/current range where sufficient brightness cannot be obtained allows for the omission of brightness measurements. ■ Continuous measurement of brightness changes can be performed for extended periods. ■ By using a multimeter in conjunction, measurements such as temperature can be captured simultaneously. ■ Measurements of any I-V pattern can be conducted without using a brightness meter. ■ Brightness meters from Konica Minolta and Topcon can be used. ■ Measurement results are input into an Excel sheet in real-time.
