You can quickly share this information with your business partners, ensuring the quality of more important procurement operations that lead to added value. Since interactive communication with business partners is possible, it significantly reduces the human and financial burden of the estimation and delivery date confirmation tasks that are usually handled via phone, fax, or mail. The ordering party can link transaction information to the web system without modifying the core system. Business partners will be notified of updates to transaction information via email, so they can be aware of new transactions without having to keep the website open at all times.
