Embedded compressor "High capacity, high pressure also possible"
Custom-designed production products
Embedded compressor "High capacity, high pressure possible"
The conventional mechanism had limitations in pressure and vacuum due to the existence of dead space between the pump head and the diaphragm (piston). The new oscillating piston type eliminates the dead space and establishes a self-pressurizing system, allowing for a compact and high-capacity mechanism. Affordable products can also be made using steel plate fabrication. Compression process: 3mm / maximum pressure: 0.9MPa / at 0.7MPa, 15L/min secured = motor output AC100V 2P150W 2650/3200rpm 2.8A/3.2A. The process is short, resulting in low noise and low vibration. Additionally, we can accommodate requests for pressure and discharge volume.

Applications/Examples of results
It can accommodate all applications. For machine integration, "general compressors and gas compression compressors" perform better at higher pressures.
Company information
Our developed "Logical Type Vacuum Pump and Compressor" has not been able to fully utilize the high capabilities of its rational mechanism for many years. However, as an improved version, we have been advancing the development of the "New Oscillating Piston Mechanism," and we have finally succeeded in practical application. We aim to be a development-oriented company that conducts research on cutting-edge technology to propose and provide a compact, high-capacity, and high-quality mechanism to everyone.
