We offer a wide variety of products from standard items to custom-made ones. We have achieved a remarkable improvement in durability by using high-hardness class carbide K01 (ISO standard), which has traditionally been considered difficult to use. The appearance and shape are the same as conventional carbide brazed type tools. Additionally, re-sharpening can be easily done using traditional methods. The durability is 2 to 3 times that of conventional carbide brazed type tools. For example, even if you replace a conventional cutter 6P with a KC cutter 4P, you will have more than double the durability. It is ideal for wear of cutting edges due to plywood adhesive layers like LVL, wear from MDF and boards, and recycling (regeneration) of tools. - We will remake the base of tools that can no longer be sharpened to restore them to like-new condition. - The cost is approximately 80% of that of new production, so please give it a try. *For more details, please contact us.
