Mechanical Crusher Zepros

basic information

◆ Efficient large-scale production of ground products with an average particle size of approximately 20 to 50 μm. ■ Features 1. Excellent grinding performance / Inherits the grinding characteristics of Crypton. Improved grinding performance in relatively coarse regions. 2. Excellent economy / Like Crypton, it achieves low power consumption. Additionally, due to low pressure loss, it does not require large auxiliary equipment. 3. Relatively large raw materials can also be fed / Adopts specially shaped rotors and stators. For resin-based raw materials, it is possible to feed and grind materials up to about 40×40×5 mm. 4. Easy disassembly and cleaning / With a vertical design and cantilever structure for the rotor bearings, the rotor can be easily removed, allowing for cleaning inside the grinding chamber.

Applications/Examples of results

By using it as a pre-processing machine for materials to be crushed by the Crypton, it is possible to stabilize the crushing of the Crypton and increase the processing capacity by 10 to 30%. It is also effective for jet mill lines. By installing Zepros before the mill, the line capacity can be improved by 10 to 50%.
